[ 01 ] SCOPE

Three phases. One
document trail.

Whether you bring a finished spec or just a process requirement, we cover the full design-fabricate-test loop with traceable QC documentation at every stage.

PHASE 01 / DESIGN

Process & structural design.

Vessel sizing, shell & head design, nozzle layout, support design. FEA where geometry calls for it. We work from your spec or develop one with you.

PHASE 02 / FABRICATE

Plate rolling & welding.

Shell rolling, head forming, butt welds, attachment welds. Every weld traceable to a qualified procedure (WPS) and a logged welder (PQR + welder log).

PHASE 03 / TEST & SHIP

NDT, hydrotest, dispatch.

Radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle and dye penetrant per spec. Hydrostatic test and full QC document pack delivered with the vessel.

What you get
with the vessel.

QC documentation isn’t a deliverable for us — it’s the evidence trail that proves the vessel was built right. Every job ships with a complete data book.

DOC 01

Material certificates.

Mill test reports (MTR / EN 10204 3.1) for plate, pipe, forgings, and consumables. Heat-number traceability from raw stock to finished part.

DOC 02

Welding records.

WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, daily welding logs, and weld maps. Every joint identified and signed off.

DOC 03

Inspection reports.

NDT reports (RT / UT / MT / PT), hydrotest record, dimensional inspection report, and final QC release certificate.
